HOW DO I GET MY PARTS ONCE I'VE BOUGHT THEM FROM
ALL-GO  AUTO  PARTS ?

GETTING YOUR PARTS is easy, even if you're halfway across the country.  All-Go has arrangements with most national, regional, statewide, and local freight companies.

SMALL PARTS  such as alternators, starters, parklamps, door glasses, computers, etc. (under 70 pounds and smaller than three or four bread boxes duct-taped together) are usually shipped UPS.  We are a UPS shipper, and UPS usually picks up around 2-3 pm each weekday.  If the part is already off, we can usually get it out the door on UPS the same day, if we know by 1 pm.

BIG PARTS such as engines, transmissions, rear axle assemblies, doors, etc. will ride out to you on a common carrier (LTL carrier).  Who we use for this shipping will depend on several factors.  If you are halfway across the country, we'll probably use American Freightways.  This is a reliable trucking company, and we have found them to be the kind of company we like to deal with.  We also have a very good discount on our freight service, allowing us to send a motor or transmission almost anywhere in the country (everywhere except a few extreme northwest states such as Washington and a few extreme northeast states, such as Maine).   Our discount will usually let us ship an engine ten states away for $75 or less.
If you are in the Southeastern U.S., we also have the option of using SAIA Motor Freight, another good company that serves a somewhat more regional area than American Freightways.  Good freight discounts help you receive your parts as cost effectively as possible.  If you are a commercial buyer (a salvage yard, body shop, etc.) and you prefer a different carrier (due to a better discount on your end or better direct service), we can also ship on R&L Gator, AAA Cooper, Roadway, Yellow Freight, and many other regional trucklines.
Big trucking companies (LTL carriers) typically do not deliver to residential addresses, so if you're ordering for yourself, be sure you have a commercial, accessable address for the truckline delivery.  (It's pretty dang hard to back an 18 wheeler up a driveway on a residential cul-de-sac, or up to a business door on a one-way sidestreet.)  Also, big trucklines charge for second delivery attempts, so make sure the address you give for the delivery is one that's always staffed during regular business hours (8am - 5pm in your time zone).
If you are in Mississippi, there are several small, in-state companies that offer good service at a reasonable rate.   We know them all, and will pick the one that gives the best serice at the best price for your area.
There are a few things we can't ship.  Used gas tanks, for instance.  DOT regulations make shipping these prohibitive.  Windshields (that's the front glass) and most back glasses ("back windshield") can't be shipped cost effectively, as they will arrive in more than one piece.
Of course, if you're in Starkville, you can just run over and pick up whatever you need.  If it's a big part (i.e., an engine) we deliver these free of charge to repair shops in Starkville or Oktibbeha County, and we take care of picking up the core.
